At Grupo AUDACE we are currently building the Provenir and Naranjos 1 fattening farms, which will begin operations in September 2022.
Both farms have 4 houses measuring 168 meters long by 13 meters wide, receiving more than 150,000 chickens per house, which makes them the farms with the largest capacity in the Group.

The legal discipline offers its definition of workplace harassment through the International Labor Organization (ILO) as:
“The verbal or psychological action of a systematic, repeated or persistent nature by which, in the workplace or in connection with work, a person or a group of people injures a victim, humiliates, offends or intimidates”
CONSEQUENCES
Decrease in productivity due to difficulty working individually or as a team, demotivation and absenteeism, high turnover of human resources, deterioration of labor relations, expenses for administrative and jurisdictional procedures and compensation according to gender, health and safety at work.
